Willowvale Student found murdered and her private parts cut off

Lipou Litsepo Leeuw(18), a female student of H.B. Tsengwa Technical School in Willowvale was last seen alive on the 07-04-2008 during the night when she accompanied her friend who was going to see her boyfriend in town at Willowvale. It is alleged that the freind knocked and entered at the house of the boyfriend and the deceased was left outside the house. The friend mentioned that she was in company of her friend and they went out to look for her thinking that she was relieving herself but in vain. She was reported to the police as the missing person on the 11-04-2008. She was seen by a passerby on the 18-04-2008 at 12h00 near a taxi rank forest on the outskirts of the town. She was identified by the clothes she was wearing on the night in question. According to the police officals at the scene of the murder, the private parts of the deceased had been cut off. It is very strange in this area to have a person killed and her private parts removed. Willowvale police are appealing to community for assistance in tracing the perpetrators of this grusome muder by contactin them at *-Number withheld-*. The deceased originates from Ceru village Butterworth.

Willowvale police have arrested a 40 year old man for raping his daughter since 2003. It is alleged that the suspect and his wife were in separation and the daughter remained with the father who raped her. The victim left her home to stay with her mother but decided to come back home and was raped again on the 16-04-2008 during the night. The 25 year old daughter reported the case and father was arrested and will appear at court on the 21-04-2008. The rape took place at lower Gwadu Village Willowvale.
